National Museum
of the
American Indian
Today I when over the National Museum of the American Indian. Don't forget if you don't what to stand in line get their 10 min before it open. The entrance located on the side of the U.S. Capitol. Weekday in great not to many people be out.
My first impression was very big and the center of the museum is where they have live music at the Potomac. Mitsitam Cafe on the first floor. Plus there the large water futon on the outside.
Go to the fourth floor for the interdiction video it about 13 min long at the Lelawi Theater. Part of the video is on the scaling, floor and the art work in the glass case. On the first floor has a 45 min video at the main theater. I remember their a 12:30 pm Showtime. Don't forget write down the time before you start. Or you may a to wait until the next showing.
The Cafe was some great American Indian food. Buffalo Chili, Buffalo Burger and much other wonderful food.
Coke product :) YES
But remember it over prices.
If you are hungry their a McDonalds blocks away. [Click Here] Plus a Starbuck on the end of the block.
