Third Week In Calvary: I didn't miss this Sunday "Can’t"

This history to this date. Over five years ago history has change the world as we see it.

September 11, 2006

I always gone to work to fealing my best. When going up the right hand side escalator up to the pentagon. When bar-coding some items to be sold. When one of my friends walks by to show one of the World Trade Centers was on fire. That a plane hit the World Trade canter. Later she came back and show that a second plane it the World Trade Center. I could not believe that anyone can do that.

So one ran by the store he said "A truck boom the building." I log out all the computer system before I gotten my bag and head on out of the Pentagon… I saw an Army Solder was grading the center court door way. We were walking slow smiling some smoke. As you see in the picture on Columbia Pike and Navy Annex.

After gone out on the bridge over the street and looking back and seeing a very, very dark smoke coming out of the other side of the Pentagon. Going over me and over the Double Tree Hotel. Everything started to go slow. Walking across the south parking looking back and side by side people getting away from the building. Standing by highway 395 and seeing the building up in smoke. Talking to someone beside me. Now what is going to happen next? He said “They need to find out how did it.”

So they told everybody to go on the other side of 395 to be safe. So I walk over to Macy’s and they told to keep on going. I was on the side of Macy’s at South Hayes Street and the and explosion happen and some said the state department. The Metro Subway was closed down.

Pentagon Metro was close for the next three days. I walk taken the escalator in pentagon city metro and in Fashion Center. They had a line in to the public phone. Only place was open was Hamburger store. I when up the elevator up to the third floor. Found a phone free and called home. Told everything was OK. Cartoon it is.

When I gone home I said we can order some pizza. So we called Pizza Hut. But no answer so we when with Domino Pizza called my older brother called and told him to pick up a coke when he was coming home. We’ll sit down and watch the World Trade Center on fire and seeing the people hanging out the windows. After getting the pizza and wishing to have a good Pizza Hut Pizza. I started to call co-worker and my suppervisior and email my Director on how gotten home.

The next day I was at home. So I had too much really going on for the last 48 hours. So I stick with the cartoon network all day. Flipping throw the channel on 911 the same person over and over again. I didn’t what to see it. Cartoon it is. Me and my father go a little auntie and when down town. All bus was sent to Pentagon City Metro. We went to TGI Friday’s for lunch. We was sitting by the window and hear a boom. The fail against the window. Every one almost jump from there sit. But in the end his has been ok. That Friday we were brought over to another building to work at until Monday.

As you see in the second picture After returning to the Pentagon and seeing this everyday coming home and going to work. Seeing what happen to so many good people that work in the government. But hope came and they started on rebuild the part of the Pentagon was damage during 911.

During that time they were rebuilding the Pentagon they was building a America’s Heroes for September 11, 2001 THOSE LOST AND MISSING. On picture Sixth and Seventh.

The eight pictures was build a stain glass window for every person who dead in 911.

The first 911 anniversary they held a memorial service at the Pentagon. They was handing out programs and pins out to remember this day.
